At last week’s Devoxx in Antwerp, Belgium, Atlassian’s Developer Tools were in full force throughout the event. Rumour has it that in practically every session, you could see developers from all over accessing their JIRA, Confluence, FishEye or Bamboo instances.
Many speakers at the conference spoke highly of Atlassian products as examples of amazing and productive tools they use to build quality software. Some of our own representatives were even swarmed after their sessions to chat about our tools.
During the Java Posse session, Atlassian received heaps of praise and a rousing ovation from the crowd, showing the great level of respect our dev tools have within the Java community.. and I’m sure this was totally unrelated to our beer sponsorship.. 😉
..speaking of Atlassian:
“Thanks to Atlassian as always.”
“Man, those guys rock.”
“And they do have good tools – this is not the beer talking”
“I got used to using some pretty nice tools at Google when I was there and they basically have the equivalents, they have a stack of tools that is pretty close to what Google uses internally.”
