This is a guest post from RefinedWiki, the team behind RefinedWiki Original Theme for Confluence, one of the best-selling Confluence add-ons of all time.

Our new release of RefinedWiki Mobile Interface takes Confluence on mobile to the next level. In this version we’ve focused on both responsiveness and on creating an intuitive navigation that closes the gap between the desktop and on-device Confluence experience.

Maximize Confluence on any device

RefinedWiki Mobile Interface 3.0 introduces a completely new UI that maximizes the capabilities of Confluence, creating a better experience for smartphone or tablet. The dashboard is fully responsive so it will modify depending on the device you’re using – one column for mobile, two for tablet.

Navigation tailored to you

This new version of Mobile Interface comes with several configurable modules located in the left and right side panels. Here you’ll find the navigation tree, people directory, activity stream, news, and more. Now it’s even easier to tailor Mobile Interface to your organization.

You can easily customize how and when modules are shown by changing the order of each module. You can also set permissions for what gets seen by anonymous users, logged-in users, or specific groups.

Personalize your interface with theming

We’ve created a new theme editor that makes it simple to customize the look of your Mobile Interface however you like. And if you’re using RefinedWiki Original Theme you can easily import a theme so your mobile version coordinates.

Photo sharing made easy

Due to popular demand, photos can now be added to a page or in a comment by choosing from your device’s album, or taking a new picture. Want to share those meeting notes scribbled on the whiteboard? Simply snap a photo and hit upload.

A dashboard made for you

With an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, you can customize your dashboard to suit you. Add a mobile-friendly macro like the activity stream or news feed, or customize the text and add images.

A branded app icon

Use your company logo as the app icon for the Mobile Interface so the whole experience feels personal and on brand.
