Atlassian Summit is our biggest event of the year where our customers, partners, experts, and employees all converge together for three days of sharing success stories, learning product best practices, and having a lot of fun while doing it. And there is so much more to Summit than justawesome presentations and keynotes.

Our team has prepared some great ancillary events to help teams learn together, have fun together, connect with each other, and make an impact together. When you’re not attending one of our 75+ talks at Summit this year, here are some great events that will enrich your Summit experience even more.

Monday, October 10 – Tuesday, October 11

We’ve got two full days of hands-on training courses on the Monday and Tuesday before Summit kicks off. Become a master of the Atlassian tools you use everyday with our in-depth, instructor-led classes. There is something for every Atlassian user across multiple products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and more:

  • Jira Software: We’ve got 10+ classes for Jira Software users, admins, product managers, and developers. Join us for training on workflows, dashboards, agile, integrations, and admin Certification prep.
  • Jira Service Desk: Learn admin best practices and how to get your service desk up and running.
  • Confluence: Get hands-on experience administering and configuring the Jira + Confluence integration, and follow it up with the Confluence Admin Certification prep course.
  • Certified Scrum Alliance courses: We’ve partnered with the Scrum Alliance this year to offer two-day certification courses for scrum masters and product owners. Hop on these fast – both the Scrum Master training and the Product Owner training are almost sold out. All these training courses can be added to your Summit registration, but be sure to register in advance, as classrooms will fill up!

Thursday, October 13th

ShipIt is a 24-hour period of innovation that happens every quarter at Atlassian. We invite everyone in the company to make, build, or design anything they want, and give a show-and-tell of what they’ve created. At ShipIt Live, attendees will vote for the winner of our project showcase to go down in ShipIt history. And last but not least, we’ll raise a glass to Summit 2016 to close out an unforgettable week.
