Why Bootcamp?
A big problem that companies face with new hires is how to get them up to speed quickly and reduce new hire anxiety, making them feel both productive and welcomed immediately. At Atlassian the process used to be an ad hoc exercise left up to each individual team, with predictably inconsistent results.
