Today we held a Plugin of the Month webinar with Eudes Nouvellon of Valiantys on the VertygoSLA plugin for JIRA. This plugin would be an excellent addition to any customer support or support desk users of JIRA. Updated Support Policy Released

We are pleased to announce an updated Support Policy which aims to simplify Atlassian's position and present a more consistent and accountable support service to our customers.
