Admittedly, I am a gadget girl. Over the years, I've been known to make a variety of smart phone purchases— some better than others, some that still cause me to wake sweat-soaked and screaming in the dead of night.
Friday, June 29th, 7:12 p.m.— gadget nirvana. After four hours of sidewalk napping, waking only to receive promotional sunscreen from Clinique, bottled water (generously provided by Apple employees) and the occasional curious onlooker's "Why the hell are you people in line?", I triumphantly strolled into the San Francisco Apple Store and claimed my 8GB iPhone. Okay, they made me pay for it but it felt like a rightful claim none-the-less!
Of course, at this point, everyone and their pet hamster has blogged something about the iPhone. However, being a faithful Atlassian employee, I thought I would share how a few of our products look on my new toy:
JIRA
Confluence
Bamboo

OK, Donna, you convinced me to at least start writing about the iPhone, even if I'm still trying to be an iPhone luddite. I'm trying to see how long I can hold out as the last techie person to touch an iPhone.
However, seeing Confluence come up so nicely on the iPhone does tempt me, slightly. I still think I'll still stick with my Libretto and my Sprint USB Modem...
Let me know if you find any warts with the phone, I'm busy compiling all the list of reasons to not buy an iPhone that I can find...
