Thanks Lauren :-) I have to say I am a bit of an evangelist when it comes to JIRA - I "converted" an entire development/webdesign team (or so they told me to my face!) to using JIRA at that role... sadly I'm working for bigger 'enterprisey' places now who are totally entrenched in their choices of change management tools... the life of a contractor - I can advise, but at the end of the day it's the business's choice as to what tools they use :-(
