A video about Atlassian's Core Values

While seeking inspiration for something to do for our regular FedEx Days (especially since I'm not a developer), I had the idea of making a Common Craft-like video about life at Atlassian.
Alas, that turned out to be too hard (boy, those Common Craft folks are great!), so instead I put together a video about Atlassian's core values. And, rather than write a script, I just let my fellow staff explain things...
That's the voice of our VP of Engineering singing in the background — we're a multi-talented bunch. :)

What a great video, well done guys. I work for an organisation which is an Atlassian customer, and you really do what you say on the tin! Looks like a fantastic environment to work in too!

Hi Remon! At the moment we are looking at hiring a great renewal specialist in Amsterdam. If you happen to know anyone who would be interested in that role, please let me know!
Going forward, we will be looking for more technical support engineers and pre-sales engineers over the next few months. Unfortunately, we won't be hiring any developers in Amsterdam just yet, so if you know people who would be interested in joining Atlassian's development team, they are welcome to come over and join us in Sydney or San Fransisco :-)

Awesome post! It means so much more seeing the core values driven and created by the employees, it's makes for more passion in the company. At Spheric, Confluence customer ;), we did the same thing and had the team define our company core values.
