Atlassian User Group

We'll be running an Atlassian User Group this week with the help of Mark McCormak from British Telecom. We'd love you to come along and discuss your use of Atlassian products with other users.

When: 6:00pm for 6:30 start, Thursday, 19th November 2009

Cost: Free. We'll be breaking out the barbie for a sausage sizzle and will have plenty of cold beer as well.

Wiki Wednesday - looking for speakers

When: 6:00pm for 6:30 start, Wednesday, 9th December 2009

Where: Atlassian HQ, 173-185 Sussex St

Who: Anyone and everyone who loves wikis and talking about them. We're using the Pech Kucha format - each speaker shows 20 slides for 20 seconds each, resulting in a concise talk of 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

Cost: free (we're sponsoring beer and pizza on the night, as usual)

Sydney news update

It's hard to believe that we're hurtling towards the end of the year. October was a great month with our Open House being a huge success with over 250 people attending. We also picked up a few honourable mentions around town - we ranked on BRW's Fast 100 list for the fourth year coming in at #29. We were also Highly Commended as an Employer of Choice (less than 1000 employees) in the HR Leadership Awards.
