This plugin would be an excellent addition to any customer support or support desk users of JIRA. VertygoSLA gives organizations the opportunity to support their SLAs (Service Level Agreement) based on acknowledgment time or resolution time commitments. I joined in for this webinar earlier today. I was disappointed as I could not understand the gentleman. Could have been a bad line. Unfortunate as I was really looking forward to this product.

Is there a downloadable version of this recording? The CDN used by your video hosting provider is very unreliable with the video constantly stalling (every second or so).

@ M Flores - I'm sorry you could not understand the webinar. We have learned the quality of audio comes from what type of receptacle the speakers use.
