New JIRA Feature Tour
Just a small shout out to the guys at work who put together the new JIRA Feature Tour. You'd think that with 4,000 customers we'd have a decent feature tour by now, but well, uh, we kinda never got around to it.
There are always a million things to do, adding new features, describing features is hard, giving concrete usage exaples is even harder. We've finally caught up so that the feature tour no longer includes "retro" JIRA 1.0 screenshots like these two beauties:
(Yes, old school users will remember when the administration section had all of 10 options)
The new tour actually gives you a good glimpse of JIRA's capabilities including usage examples, testimonials and even overview diagrams - with some sexy lightboxing to boot for the screenshots, check it out:
