"Official" headshots
You know you have a marketing department when they demand you have an "official headshot".
Generally, the purpose of these headshots is to personalise brochures, conference speaker pages etc.
It's only a pity I didn't manage to get a haircut before it was taken, but I did find a snappy suit jacket:
Office 2.0 made it look a little more classy with a sepia tone.

Re your mullet: back looks good, but it still needs a trim on the top. Remember: business up front, party at the back! :-)
The suit makes you look a bit odd... I would have gone with a more natural/authentic shot... a couple good examples in the Photos right now.
