Web 2.0 Job Boards
We're always looking for more great Java engineers to join our team. We have been for four years and we have no intention of stopping.
With a sudden spread of new job boards, I decided yesterday to try 'em:
- TechCrunch's CrunchBoard - ad
- Joel's jobs.joelonsoftware.com - ad (which features the Joel Test prominently in the ad - very clever)
- 37 Signals Jobboard - ad
I'll let you know in a month how they go. The trickle so far isn't that promising, but they all claim to be about low quantity, high quality rather than the opposite. We'll see.
