OK, so SpringWise is full of buzzwords ("tryvertising"? Please!) but they do dredge up some seriously neat, innovative ideas from around the world. It's one of the few weekly newsletters I get that always gets read.

How about the Kiwi company that lets you test your house before buying it - and bring your dog.

Or better, the nightclub that harnesses "raver-power" to keep the lights on?

Genius I tell you, genius.
