February Dinner 2.0 - Ariba!
Last week's Dinner 2.0 at Cafe Pacifico was a huge success. The mexican food wasn't a patch on San Francisco, but the dotcom "feel" was getting closer. The usual crowd of entrepreneurs, VCs and even the odd big 5 partner were in attendence but it was great to see a few new faces like Phil and Dave.
Apparently, as all events get large enough they turn to parody... so much so that the Tangler boys (and I use the term tightly ;)) felt the need to put up a little fun at the expense of yours truly:
When Mike was roused from his slumber by the Tangler reporter at 3am in the morning he merely lifted his hat, grabbed another beer from the bar and muttered: "Huh, what, oh. Wake me up for 3.0..."
Well done boys - it is indeed truly amusing.
