Meet the Collaborating Sheep

Ahhh....the spirit of Summit is in the air. Robert Castaneda from CustomWare is in our San Francisco office today showing off his collaborating sheep poster, something his team made in anticipation of Atlassian Summit. At first glance my initial reaction was, "Oh that's cute, some cartoon sheep." But once I studied the image for a few seconds, I began noticing many layers of of hidden metaphor. The sheep are collaborating (perhaps with Atlassian's products?). But what are they trying to achieve?
