And We're Off! Charlie made his way around the office and a few spots in San Francisco.  We caught up with him at Lombard Street which is the most crooked street in the world!  He then stopped in at the Atlassian office in San Francisco for RoadTrip. Our first stop for RoadTrip connected us with some great customers in San Francisco, including Build.com, Kixeye, Charles Schwab, and Broadcom. We even met with 7 CS students from Belgium who want their university to start using Atlassian tools

In September I headed out to Austin for the fourth meeting of the Austin Atlassian User Group. My mission was clear: answer questions, present hot topics and learn how our tools are being used. The air was hot, coffee was strong and folks were extra friendly. Monitor Your Users’ Experience in Real Time with New Relic

I wanted to take a moment to share some news that I think both Atlassian and Atlassian customers will be excited about. Today New Relic announced that we are adding real user monitoring to our existing app monitoring capability. This means that using New Relic, you can now look at real user requests in real time to get significant data about the user experience including page load times, time in request queue, how long a page takes to render, and Apdex score.
